COVID-19 UPDATE
PLEASE NOTE:
An extremely limited quantity of tickets will be available on site. We don’t find joy in turning people away, but for the safety of everyone involved, the only way to guarantee entry for an evening is to order your tickets in advance.
If you show up at the gate and don’t have pre purchased tickets, there is a chance we will be SOLD OUT.
TEMPERATURE SCREENING
All guests and staff will have their temperature taken upon entry. Anybody with a reading of 100.0 degrees or higher will not be allowed into the attraction, and will be asked to come back at a later date.
VIRTUAL QUEUE LINE
Upon arrival, all General Admission ticket holders will be entered into our virtual queue by a parking attendant and/or box office attendant. Please make sure all guests in your group have arrived before checking in. Once checked in, you will be asked to wait inside your vehicle until it is your time to enter the attraction. When it is your turn to enter attraction, you will be placed into a socially distanced staging area of the next few groups.
VIP Ticket Holders will head straight towards the entrance into a socially distanced line.
LIMITED GROUP SIZES
Under no circumstances will we allow groups of Six (6) or more enter the attraction at one time. If you have more than six in your group, you will be required to split up.
GROUP SPACING
In order to make ensure social distancing throughout the attraction, we will be increasing the amount of time in between groups entering the haunt.
FACE MASKS REQUIRED
For the safety of everyone on the property, and to comply with CDC guidelines, face masks/coverings are required in order to enter the attraction. Face masks must be kept on all times throughout the attraction. Our staff members will follow this same requirement. Face masks will be available for purchase if you do not have one.
